At Laverne, we believe in different tastes, so we offer an easy and quick return policy.
Steps to return an order:
1- Contact us on WhatsApp at +60 11-6228 1898 with the mobile number used for the order and your order details.
2- Tell us which product(s) you want to return, then share the bank account details to which the refund should be transferred.
3- We will arrange the collection or return shipping of the product and confirm the details with you via WhatsApp. The amount will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the returned products.
4- The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes. Please try the perfume through the attached sample only.
5- The return and exchange policy does not apply to any face, hand and skin care products.
6- Offers that consist of more than one product are not subject to partial refund.
Return policy:
-The allowed period for returning products is 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
-A return request can be submitted only once per order, and no further return request can be submitted for the same order thereafter.
-The amount will be transferred to the customer's account within 3-5 working days from the date the product is received by us.
-The return policy does not include the following products: Laverne samples.
-It is not possible to combine more than one promotional offer or discount into a single purchase.
-Laverne perfumes purchased from other retailers or platforms are subject to the return and exchange policy of the retailer from which the order was placed.
-Only orders delivered within Malaysia are eligible for return.
-If the order contains a free offer or product, the products must be returned in full in order for us to complete the refund process.

Order replacement:
Replacement steps at Laverne:
1- Submit a return request via WhatsApp at +60 11-6228 1898.
2- Return the product (the return shipping cost is borne by Laverne).
3- After the product arrives, the amount will be transferred to your account.
4- Then you can order any perfume you like.
Exchange policy:
-The allowed period for exchanging orders is 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
-Laverne will confirm the return shipping arrangement via WhatsApp within a maximum of 3 business days.
-Only orders delivered within Malaysia are eligible for exchange or refund.
